I’m Patience, and like many of you, I juggle several roles – therapist, speaker, yoga teacher, wife, mother, and military spouse. I know firsthand the mental, emotional, and physical rollercoaster that parenthood can be. And guess what? You’re not alone.

I created WHOA MAMA to be your safe space to navigate the good, the bad, and even the ugly sides of this journey. My mission is simple: to equip you with simple, practical, effective tools so you can move beyond just surviving and truly thrive in parenthood and life, without sacrificing your mental well-being.
