Thank you so much for taking the time to check out my blog. I know there are a million other things you could be doing right now, but you decided to spend your time with me. My name is Patience and like most of you I wear many hats. I’m a wife, military spouse (yes, I view this as a separate category from wife), mother, daughter, friend, therapist, coach, entrepreneur, and self-care advocate.

I am coming to you in 2020 because I decided to be intentional in how I manage my time, energy, and creative expression. Needless to say, 2019 was a bit of a world wind, and can be summed up in one-word… TRANSITION(s). I had a baby, celebrated my husband’s promotion, moved across country with a 6-month old and the help of my mom (quick example of why being a military spouse is its own separate hat), applied/received my counseling license in FL, became a certified professional coach, lived with my folks temporarily, put my career on pause and re-evaluated my next steps, unpacked a home, got thrown into the holidays, and am mentally preparing myself for our next move later on this year.

So, when I say I’ve had a lot of transitions I’ve had A LOT of transitions.

WHOA MAMA is a place where I will expand on all of those lovely life changes, share some of my day to day lessons, challenges, wins, hot topics (which are conversations I’ve had with friends that share a common theme), or whatever else comes to mind. Naturally the helper in me will provide information or recommendations to make your life easier. So, sit back, relax, because I can’t wait to do life with you.

❤ Patience
